After a report has been generated, tasks identified as requiring action can be allocated by the leadership team to school resources (i.e. technician, IT manager, ICT coordinator, eLearning coordinator, etc.) for rectification using the Task Manager. Via a 'to do list', the school resource can Action and update the task, which in turn dynamically updates the status of the assessment. All allocated tasks and associated changes are recorded in a Progress Report. In essence, ARMS® automates the
change management cycle via an integrated workflow manager.
