LWT COVID-19 Response

We will still be operating during this rather difficult time and currently able to provide all services.

Our staff numbers within our business and our suppliers may be reduced due to illness and family requirements.

This may mean response and delivery times may be longer than normal.

We’ll be doing our best to keep things running and smoothly as possible and ask you assist by providing any staff member attending site a safe working environment.

Our service area continues to operate under the following guidelines.

Currently we are continuing to provide onsite support at school and commercial sites but will be providing the following options

  1. Onsite Repair at commercial/school sites
    • We ask that you supply a safe an isolated work space for our technicians during this period
    • Site must be free of any coronavirus infections and/or people with flu like symptoms. We ask any sites affected to use option 3.
  2. Pickup from commercial/school site and return
    • If your work policy is to minimise contact our technicians can pick up devices from school and repair and return
    • Site must be free of any coronavirus infections and/or people with flu like symptoms. We ask any sites affected to use option 3.
  3. Auspost Return to Base Labels (Residential)
    • Parents/Students can log jobs on our website
    • We will supply free of charge Auspost Return to Base Label to return devices for repair.
    • We will unfortunately will not be accepting parents dropping units to our Blackburn office at this time
